Cash refunds are not offered. Approved returns will be issued as store credit, in line with Razorpay guidelines.
Reverse Shipping
A ₹180 reverse shipping fee applies to customer-initiated returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup and issue a replacement.
