All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from our facility in Delhi NCR.
Once dispatched, delivery timelines are approximately:
5–7 business days for metro cities
7–14 business days for non-metro and remote locations
Shipping is fulfilled via our trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations or weather conditions.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
Returns & Exchanges
Size exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted within 24 hours if the product is not suitable.
Cash refunds are not offered. Approved returns will be issued as store credit, in line with Razorpay guidelines.
Reverse Shipping
A ₹180 reverse shipping fee applies to customer-initiated returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup and issue a replacement.
